Vividata Limited builds planning intelligence software for airline operations. This notice explains how we handle personal information when people use www.vividata.ai or the Echo application at platform.vividata.ai, contact us, apply for roles, or interact with us as customers, suppliers, or partners.

We collect the information people choose to provide to us, such as names, work contact details, company details, messages, job application materials, and meeting requests.

We may also receive limited technical information from website visits, such as device, browser, page, and referral information, to operate and improve the site.

Our consent manager records privacy choices and related audit information, such as the selected categories, policy version, timestamps, and a c15t subject identifier. In Echo, that subject can be linked to the authenticated WorkOS user so that a consent choice can be revalidated for protected actions.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, manage customer and supplier relationships, provide and improve our services, support recruiting, protect our systems, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

In Echo, PostHog is used for product measurement, error diagnostics, session replay, and support conversations only after measurement consent. PostHog is not initialized for these purposes before opt-in.

We do not sell personal information.

We share personal information with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, communications, security, analytics, and recruiting tools. We may also share information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Consent and audit records are retained as needed to operate the consent system, demonstrate the choices that were made, and meet legal or compliance obligations. Withdrawing measurement consent stops future optional measurement, replay, diagnostics, and support processing; it does not automatically erase historical consent records, audit records, or support conversations that were already created.

We work with customers, suppliers, and service providers in multiple jurisdictions. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection law.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, or to request portability. You may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority.
